Wow - Elton Brand called for the carry. That is twice I have seen that call all season.

Alexis with 2 quick fouls. The first on a weak swat at Elton Brand, that Brand had no trouble scoring on. The second: similar, too much swatting at the ball. He needs to work on just putting his incredibly long arms straight up. That will do enough.

Emeka got his first foul on a moving screen call - when he had been set for a second or so before any contact. Reputation call?

The announcers are talking about how tough it will be for Felton to guard Iggy. No tougher than Joe Johnson I say, and he did solid with that.

Emeka scores on an awkward follow off the nice dish from D.J. Okafor could not get a clear shot initially, threw the ball into the bottom of the rim, and scored on the board. D.J. should get a half an assist.

Amazing pass between 2 defenders on the break by D.J. to Felton for the fastbreak layup. Very nice

Raymond is feeling it - curls off the screen for the jumper - nylon. Bobcats back up 3, 15-12.

Great move by Emeka - drop step to the baseline, head pump to get his man up in the air, steps past him...and misses the layup. Dunk it, please.

Shannon Brown with the reverse on one end...and then sends Philly to the line at the other, biting for the head fake on a jump shot.

Having some issues with the page I put together for doing this. I may or may not make it back up in time for this game. A work in progress.

And I am back just in time for the second half.

Bobcats catch a break to open the second half, with D.J. drawing Iggy into fouling him as the shot clock was winding down. That followed a pass batted out of bounds and then Felton nearly losing the ball again at the top of the key. Ugly, but the Bobcats get 2 from it...and that is all I am going to be able to do tonight. More work is needed before this is a smooth process. I hope there is something in this handful of disjointed notes that makes it worth while.
