Bonnell's buddy the scout says the Bobcats are tougher to...scout this season compared to last year. More plays and constantly changing. Might be part of what is causing the Bobcats to struggle on offense, no?

The Raptors may be big across the front line with Bosh, O'Neal, and Bargnani - but they only rebound at one end of the court: The defensive end. For the season, they grab a very solid 71.8% of defensive rebounds. Offensively though, there are few teams who have been worse: The Raptors only grab 23.8% of their own misses (compared to the Bobcats at 28.5). Considering the Bobcats own difficulties with rebounding, it is a positive in theory at least: Whoever breaks their own trend (Bobcats and poor D-rebounding or Raps and O) will give themselves a leg up tonight

Another leg up? The Raptors are dealing with a hobbled Jermaine O'Neal (shocking, I know). That may play a part in negating the Toronto size advantage (yes, Alexis and Ryan are tall - but no, they do not always play like it).

Jason Richardson is expected back tonight (last I read), so Augustin returns to the bench, though I am sure he will still see plenty of action, having earned it with his recent play. Outside of D.J. returning to the pine (to start anyway), Matt Carroll probably sees most (if not all) of his minutes disappear. Larry Brown has said that he is ready to trim the rotation down to 9 guys - with Raymond, D.J. Jason, and Adam looking more ready to handle the scoring, The Hammer may be the odd man out.
